RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Luven Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following terms and conditions.

Return Window
Customers may request a return within *7 days of delivery*.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
* The product must be in resellable condition with all accessories included
* A valid order ID and proof of purchase must be provided
* All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Luven Store

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
* Opened or used personal hygiene / personal care products
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence
* Items returned without original packaging or missing components

Return Approval
Luven Store reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above eligibility criteria.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and successfully inspected, refunds are *initiated within 5–7 business days*. Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

COD Orders
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via *UPI or Bank Transfer* after approval.

Return Shipping
* If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be free.
* For other approved returns, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
